Bandhu, a SWC initiative is organizing a Destress Studio by Ms. Robe Soh, a 200 certified multistyle yoga instructor on June 5th , 5 pm .

This session will engage you in a series of therapeutic practices that will relieve stress by helping you slow down, declutter the mind, and focus.
