What is Yog Nidra Yog Nidra (Sanskrit: योग निद्रा) or yogic sleep?
It is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the "going-to-sleep" stage, typically induced by a guided meditation. It is among the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness.
Bringing to you a combined session of Yog Nidra by Manisha Shah and Sound Therapy by Kaavya Bhagchandani.
Participants would be taken into a meditative state through a guided meditation and live-playing of ancient instruments, producing healing and therapeutic sounds and vibrations.
